Calcoo

Terms of Use

Effective May 22, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Calcoo iOS app (“Calcoo,” the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the App.

License

Calcoo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App.

Calcoo Pro

Calcoo offers an optional one-time in-app purchase, “Calcoo Pro,” that unlocks additional features. The purchase is non-recurring and is processed by Apple. Pricing, taxes, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service. You can restore a previous purchase on the same Apple ID from the in-app paywall.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the App in a way that violates applicable law, infringes someone else’s rights, or attempts to disrupt or compromise the App’s integrity.

Your content

Sheets, comments, and other content you create in Calcoo are stored locally on your device and belong to you. Calcoo does not claim any ownership over them. You are responsible for backing up content you care about (for example, by exporting it).

“As is” and disclaimer of warranties

Calcoo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we try hard to make Calcoo accurate and reliable, calculations should be verified before being used for important decisions (financial, medical, engineering, or otherwise).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calcoo and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, if you did not pay anything, USD 10).

Apple acknowledgement

These Terms are between you and Calcoo, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. To the extent these Terms grant rights or remedies, Apple is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce them.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page and in a new release of the App. Your continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Apple’s App Store Terms continue to apply to your relationship with Apple.
