Before you write in
A few quick things to try that solve most issues:
- Make sure you’re on the latest version of Calcoo from the App Store.
- Make sure your iPhone or iPad is on a recent version of iOS or iPadOS.
- If the app is behaving oddly, force-quit it and reopen.
Reporting a bug
To help us track something down quickly, include:
- What you did and what you expected to happen.
- Your device (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro) and iOS version.
- The Calcoo version (Settings → About inside the app).
- A screenshot or short screen recording if you can.
Feature requests
Calcoo is built around a small set of ideas done well, so we don’t add everything — but we genuinely want to hear what would make the app more useful for you. Send a note and we’ll keep it on the list.
Purchases and restores
Calcoo Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Apple. If you’ve bought Pro and it isn’t showing up, open Calcoo’s settings and tap Restore Purchases. For refunds or billing questions, Apple handles those directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
